Volunteers

We rely on our consignors to help us before, during, and after the sale.  Without all of your help, the customer waiting lines would be long, the room would not stay organized, and your sale would not stay top quality and the best in town. Also, we enjoy getting to work with you and appreciate all of your help.

Those of you who volunteer to work or who take advantage of our bartering services get to shop early on pre-sale night before the rest of the consignors.

Also, don't forget we can always use husbands to help us out on Monday evening during set-up and Saturday evening during break-down and loading the trailer. They can work for you ladies - and you can come shop early!  (You must be a consignor to be able to volunteer. We only require that you bring in 4 items to consign, so please take advantage of this great benefit so you can shop early by consigning and volunteering during the sale!)

NOTE: Due to traffic and safety concerns we encourage pre-sale shoppers to car pool if at all possible. The Andover Police Department may be ticketing cars illegally parked. Thanks for your help and cooperation in this challenge of our increasingly successful event.

IF YOU HAVE SOME EXTRA TIME - WE CAN USE YOU!!

Another option, if you are not available to work at the sale, is bartering.  We have a variety of jobs or services that you can sign up for which will help us out tremendously.  This will also earn you a Volunteer Pre-Sale Pass to come shop early.

Bartering volunteers may enter pre-sale at 7 p.m.

We will begin accepting reservations for volunteer time slots and bartering services beginning on Monday, February 6th at 9:00 a.m. The easiest way to reserve your spot is to contact us by e-mail or leave a message on one of our answering machines (Lana 620-845-2368 or 620-845-1262, or Trina 620-845-0034) with your first two choices of time slots or bartering services. We hope you are able to arrange your schedule so that you can volunteer a few hours during the sale. Volunteering at the Britches and Lace Sale will give you the opportunity to change your routine and have some fun. Plus it gives us a chance to get to know each of you a little better.

We make every effort to respond to all phone messages and e-mails the day they are received. If you do not hear back from us within 24 hours, please call us.

All time slots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
