Vendor Info

We will continue to offer vendor space at our Spring 2012 sale. If you or someone you know has a mom or family related business, this may be the perfect opportunity to showcase your products and make new contacts based on the volume of traffic coming through the doors for our sale.

BOOTH SPACE IS LIMITED and will be offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. In fairness to all participating vendors, we will keep the products displayed on an exclusive basis - only one vendor per company. Vendors who participated at our Fall 2011 sale will have the first opportunity to reserve a vendor space. Past vendors must contact us prior to February 1, 2012 whether or not you will be participating or else your spot will become open. We will begin accepting reservations for new vendors on Monday, February 6th at 9:00 a.m.

The cost for participating as a vendor is $75.00. We will provide a 6 foot table for display purposes. The vendor has the opportunity to solicit business on all three days during the public sale on Thursday, Friday, and/or Saturday. Set up for all vendors will be at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 8th, prior to the doors opening for the public sale. Deadline for payment is Thursday, March 1, 2012. If payment is not made by this date, your vendor space will become open to other vendors. If you are unable to fulfill your vendor obligation, please contact us ASAP as we generally have a waiting list for vendors.

Britches and Lace is not responsible for monitoring any of the vendor areas during the sale. Participation is completely voluntary and the vendor assumes full responsibility for his/her products.

Monday, March 5
5 to 9 p.m. - Set-up

Tuesday, March 6
9 a.m. to 8 p.m. - Check-in

Wednesday, March 7
9 a.m. to 2 p.m. - Check-in
(if you have over 100 items, please check in before noon)

4:30 p.m. - Shopping opens for pre-sale volunteers and 12-hour volunteers

5:30 p.m. - Shopping opens for Thursday "prime-time" volunteers and Saturday sort volunteers

6 p.m. - Shopping opens for 4-hour shift volunteers

7 p.m. - Shopping opens for 2 hour shift volunteers/bartering volunteers

8 p.m. - Shopping opens for all other consignors and guests

Thursday, March 8
9 a.m. to 8 p.m. - Open to public

Friday, March 9
9 a.m. to 6 p.m. - Open to public

7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
- Half-Price Sale for consignors only

Saturday, March 10
9 a.m. to 2 p.m. - Open to public for Half-Price Sale

2 to 6 p.m. - Sorting

6 to 8 p.m. - Consignor check-out

8 p.m. - Donation truck leaves with donated items
